Special Rates and Offers

At John H Wallace House, we offer a wide variety of special rates and programs to meet the unique needs of our guests. Some of these are listed below:

• Government Rates (GSA) - We are very pleased to offer special rates to qualifying government employees. We will charge the applicable GSA rate for accommodation and breakfast broken out to meet reporting requirements. We comply with all GSA deposit, billing and tax exempt rules.
• Progressive and Belle Reve rates - Staff and visitors to Progressive Health Care and Belle Reve Senior Living Community qualify for a special discount.
• Local Resident rates - we offer special rates to local residents and their guests.
• Whole House rate - make the John H Wallace House your headquarters for any special event. We offer special rates for a single party reserving the entire house (we remain on site). Please note that access to the kitchen and laundry is limited due to insurance requirements. We will work with you to make your event a success. 
• Meetings: Our dining room is available for business meetings. We have a large screen monitor that can be connected to your device for professional presentations.
• Our side yard is perfect for picnics, parties, receptions, family reunions and other events. We can provide tents and party rentals to support up to 100 attendees.
