John Messer
The Professional Engineer from Eastern Pennsylvania, and owner of Analogy, LLC is now working with the Milford Chamber of Commerce, the Milford Township, and Bureau to bring the new and exciting John H Wallace House Bed and Breakfast to the Milford, PA area.
John worked as a Plant Coach for his company Analogy, LLC where he worked with plant teams to help them discover, prioritize and realize performance improvement opportunities. The team approach focuses on High-ROI initiatives that minimize up-front investments and expedite the recognition of benefits.
John’s clients are typically processing plants in the Chemical, Food, Cosmetic, Dairy, Pharmaceutical, and related industries. It is not unusual to identify multiple actionable opportunities during a single coaching survey.

Linda Messer
Outside of being the beloved wife of John Messer, Linda is also a woman who is passionate about her endeavors and is equally excited about bringing the John H Wallace House Bed and Breakfast to fruition.
Both she and John over the years have done projects like this but this will be different. “We want it to be an experience that our patrons will always tell their friends!”
A Regional Human Resource Director from West Chester PA, Linda is already familiar with working with the public and is very passionate about working with employees to make their world a better place while keeping in mind the goals of the corporation. By “melding” these two worlds, we achieve a win-win situation with minimal turnover and maximum productivity.
“I fell in love with Milford, the first time set foot here. John and I are excited to bring this new venture to life. I can wait to see the beautiful smiles of those who will frequent the John H Wallace House Bed and Breakfast!” she gleams as she walks through the construction process of the current building.
We look forward to the Grand Opening!
